Matt Graham
Install Team / President
Matt has worked in and around boatyards since he was 14 years old (with a brief stint as an attorney along the way). After serving as COO of one of the best boatyards in America for close to a decade, Matt decided to strike out on his own and focus on acquiring and improving specialized trades businesses like Total Decking.
Matt loves surfing, sailing and skiing. He lives with his wife, daughter and two dogs in Bowdoinham, Maine.
Phil Huening
Installation Manager
Phil studied at College of the Atlantic, followed by a two-year apprenticeship building wooden boats at the Apprenticeshop in Rockland. Phil joined the Total Decking team in 2010 and in the ensuing years has become a leading expert on marine decks. Phil’s expertise and calm demeanor are critical to the success of every Total Decking installation.
Phil is passionate about the outdoors and exploring different parts of New England. He lives with his wife, two children, and more animals than he can keep track of on a homestead in Appleton, Maine. He is notorious for sending late night texts to the team about marine decking.
Miles Mancini
Install Team / Operations Manager
Miles is a graduate of the Yacht Design program at the University of Southampton in the UK. Miles originally joined the Total Decking team as a designer, but his business acumen and project management skills allowed him to quickly take on a bigger role managing the company’s workflow and operations.
Miles is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for boats. He lives a nomadic lifestyle based out of Portland, Maine.
